DMCA & Copyright

Hesgoal respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

Our Position

Hesgoal does not host, store, upload or rebroadcast any video or audio content. The site operates as a schedule and link aggregator: it organises fixture information and links to streams provided by independent third-party sources available on the public internet. All trademarks, league names and competition names belong to their respective owners.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a rights holder (or an authorised agent) and believe a link on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@hesgoaltv.skin with:

• Your full name, organisation and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work you own
• The exact URL(s) on this site you want reviewed
• A good-faith statement and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act

Our Process

Verified notices are reviewed promptly and infringing links are removed, normally within 48 hours. Repeat sources of verified complaints are blocked from the schedule entirely.
